Delivery times for products in stock are 5 business days for the Metropolitan Region. For other regions, the delivery will depend exclusively on the time estimated by our logistics distributor and these terms will begin to apply from the 5 business days in which our company dispatches the product.

Without prejudice to the legal guarantee of the products sold, three months from the time the products are received, MOSSO guarantees its products by granting a conventional guarantee superior to the legal one, which varies depending on the type of product purchased. Each product comes with its warranty certificate, which indicates the warranty period and its particular conditions.
The guarantee is valid when the purchased product presents a manufacturing fault or product malfunction, and as long as it has not deteriorated due to a fact attributable to the buyer, in addition to being delivered together with all its accessories, such as manuals, policies , brochures and boxes or wrappers.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper use, scratches, bumps or wear due to use in conditions not recommended by MOSSO. The guarantee granted by MOSSO ceases to be valid in the event of intervention (disassembly, repair or other) by a third party not authorized by MOSSO.
They are the same rights that you would have if you had purchased directly from a MOSSO store. Additionally, there is also the right of withdrawal under the conditions established in article 3 bis of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
